RAD TECH (#985)

ADMITTING CLERK (#1017 & #1018)

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: PRN

QUALIFICATIONS: Responsible for coordinating all patient pre-registration activities including phone access patients/family, processing complete, accurate patient registration in an efficient and courteous manner, obtaining patient demographics and insurance information, and will be the initial point of contact for patients scheduled to be into JCRHC. Will be responsible for collecting all necessary documentation and co-payments and deposits as well as interfacing with the patients and their families to discuss payment options. Will also assist in the verification of insurance and reviewing payment alternative and making referrals to the Business Office as needed. Will ensure all activities achieve high patient satisfaction levels and support successful billing activities, while supporting the standards and philosophies of JCRHC. Additional responsibilities will be assisting with accepting payments, registration duties, and other duties as assigned.

WORKING DAYS: Rotating

PHYSICAL THERAPIST (#1020)

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: FT 1.0 
WORKING HOURS: 7a-6p
WORKING DAYS: Monday - Friday, Weekend rotation for Inpatient/Skilled Patients
QUALIFICATIONS:  Iowa Licensure, BLS, Dependent Adult and Child Reporter. Physical Therapist to have inpatient, skilled and general outpatient treatment experience. Physical Therapist to have behaviors of team oriented, compassionate, relationship building, flexible and dependable work ethic.

ED RN (#1012)

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: PT .6 
WORKING HOURS: 7p-7a
WORKING DAYS: 6 week rotation, work every 6th weekend 7a-7p
QUALIFICATIONS:  Iowa RN Licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, Dependent Adult and Child Reporter, TNCC & CPI within 1 year.

MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST/ MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST (#1013)

QUALIFICATIONS: ASCP Certified or equivalent

All licensed nursing positions will be expected to function in various areas of patient care needs. Positions will be assigned specific departments for administrative purposes but employee skills may be utilized in more than one department. All RN positions will require graduation from an accredited school of nursing and Iowa licensure/eligibility.
