Job changes are conducted in accordance with JCRHC policies and state and federal laws. Employees must complete the 90 day introductory period to be eligible to apply for a new position. Employees must meet the minimum qualifications of the position to be considered. As part of the final selection process, an employee's current supervisor will be contacted and personnel files will be reviewed.
